Bathroom Orchid

Finally, Costco had a shipment of orchids this past week and I fulfilled my vision of a tall orchid displayed between the two black granite sinks in the master bath.  YES!

Mr.& Mrs. Potato Head, Cleopatra and Marc Antony, Bonnie and Clyde ... Reggie and Regina

You can see Reggie in the garage, waiting.

Today we purchased a 2004 Silver Regal with 50,000 miles, leather, seat heaters and newish tires for $6K. Bradley is returning in 4 1/2 months and will need Reggie, our other Regal; and now, Reggie will not be alone. Meet Regina--

I cleaned the back window and applied a tramp stamp.

Dreamworks Dad

Watch these awesome clips. I wish my home movies could be as exciting:) The toddler reminds me of Bradley.

Hot Blooded

Daniel is a 5th grader and most of you may remember what happens the last half of the fifth grade year--YUP! the maturation program. Brad Wilcox, an awesome LDS speaker at BYU Education Week was the maturation program presenter.  Bob was working from home and was able to accompany Daniel. In the past Bob was in dowtown SLC and couldn't attend Brad's maturation program. There are plenty of moms in with their boys, but for some reason Daniel didn't want me to go with him and Bob:)

So, why the trampoline photos with the bit about the maturation program, you ask. In the evening I stepped out back as Daniel was bouncing around on the tramp.  I said, "Whoa, it's still really chilly out here from the hail storm we had this morning." Daniel said, "I'm not cold!" I responded, " Humm, I think you're hot-blooded."  Daniel asked rhetorically, "Aren't all males HOT-BLOODED, heh, heh." I definitely think this is an insight gained from the maturation program.
