Shannon's Twirly Dress

Three years ago Mark didn't even want to think about a 6th Grade Dance, but Shannon thought it would be a good way to get a new dress.  Doesn't she look fetching in this McCall's M6027 dress.  I had to redraw the pattern 5 sizes smaller.
