2014 French Toast 5K

When you're in the cross country class at Timpanogos HS you need to participate in three 5K per quarter.  I like to hold a 5K at the end of the season that doesn't cost $$ and we can all eat French toast when we're done running--I mean when they're done running:)

Apparently including the "Beast" was a little too gnarly.
The Beast is the bridle path.

Highlights from the State Cross Country Meet October 2013

The video is about an hour long and I couldn't figure out how to skip ahead to the 4A race. Hummmm.

I couldn't get the video to play past 8 or 9 minutes. Don't bother with it.

Fall is in the .... Shoe

I was looking for my running shoes which look similar to Shannon's and I found Shannon's shoes full of red maple leaves and dirty socks. Hummmm....The cross country team had run to Dry Canyon and then on the single track. Shannon said the leaves were too beautiful to leave.
